The compact body facilitates facility construction.

By achieving the widest motion range in its class and embedding wiring and piping in arms, overall ease of mounting in facilities is pursued.

The dust-proof, mist-proof type, which can be used under severe use conditions; the clean type, which is perfect for automation in clean rooms; the overhead-mounted type, which allows construction of space-saving facility environments; and the UL-listed configuration model, which meets the UL standards in the U.S., are offered.
