Laboratory automation has been the subject of much attention over recent years as a means of accelerating research and development. However, building a system requires specialized knowledge and experience, and it can be difficult to setup such a system.That is why we have leveraged the technology and knowledge we have developed over many years to prepare a standard system for laboratories that can easily be setup even by those without any experience with robots. We continue to add products to our lineup based on customer requests.

Our systems can be setup with peace of mind, even if you have no experience with robot setup or if no time to devote to selecting the right system for the job. Our standard systems dramatically reduce time spent considering system specifications and other factors, reducing the amount of work required for system setup.

Measurement data is automatically saved to make research more efficient
We setup a data management system to bring transparency to experiment processes. It automatically records and saves measurement data, such as the work date/time and the dispensing amount, and uses QR codes to provide immediate access to traceability information for each sample. This not only increases accuracy, but also streamlines results analysis.

Automatic container cap opening/closing
Container caps are opened/closed only when required, preventing volatilization and contamination. This helps to retain sample quality, which improves experiment precision.

Fine changes to dispensing/weighing values
Dispensing/weighing values can be subtly changed for each sample/powder, helping to make research processes more effective and efficient.

Intuitive PC operation interface
We have developed a control panel that requires no specialized knowledge to use Users can issue work commands intuitively, with no programming or robot knowledge required.

Multi-hand automates multiple processes
The multi-hand can handle a variety of containers and pipettes. This reduces the amount of time spent on replacing the hand, while the compact design allows for multiple processes to be automated.

The container storage area can be attached and removed without the use of tools. Containers can be exchanged to suit the experiment, making daily cleaning easy.
