Respect for Employees

The DENSO Group Declaration of Corporate Behavior promises to respect its employees and establish a motivating workplace for each individual. To this end, DENSO WAVE has been working to establish the systems and structures for human resources development.

Specific Initiatives

  • 1)Enhancing education by employment level

In order to improve abilities and further promote understanding of the roles required at each stage, DENSO WAVE enhances educational programs by employment level.

  • 2)Employee awareness survey

With a view to increasing the satisfaction of employees, DENSO WAVE conducts an employee awareness survey to identify the employees’ degree of motivation for work and satisfaction about their managers and workplaces. The results of the survey are communicated to managers to encourage the autonomous improvement of each workplace, and are also used in formulating various personnel measures.

  • 3)Employees’ association

The employees’ association was formulated for the purpose of creating a lively workplace environment and encouraging communication between employees, with the aim of establishing a company in which all employees work in unity and participate autonomously and proactively in business activities. Representatives of each workplace plan various events, such as a bowling competition, gather opinions from employees, and promote the acquisition of paid leave and other activities for the employees.
