Activate the specified beeper/vibrator devices using the beeper pitch and vibrator pattern specified here.
The first three parameters specify the vibrator pattern--three short pips or one long tone, for example. (See examples.)
Setting onduration to a nonzero value and offduration to zero produces continuous beeper/vibrator output.
3 pips, each 100 ms long, using the standard low frequency
beep 1,1,3,0
300 ms tone using the standard medium frequency
