It is confirmed for Windows 7 64-bit version that the number of registered produce key may not be recognized as a correct value and thus product key registration is disabled after the operating system was updated by the Windows Update process on October 25, 2011 (KB2603229).
In such cases the above, please repair the product key with this software.

Information on the user ID required for product key authentication is unintentionally changed with respect to the Windows that has been gone through the above-mentioned update process (KB2603229). Authentication of the product key is prevented because of this change if the key was registered before this update.

The products marked with a * are recommended to upgrade to the latest version. In the latest version, the products can be used with only registering the Access Code provided by the license certification without the procedures for the product key issue. Repairing the product key by this software is also unnecessary.
