By the registration of the master data, collation with the scanned data is available.

Collation modeDescription
1.Scanning input mode After receibing the "master resistration command" from the host device, the first scanned data is resistered as a master data for collation.
2.File input mode Collation with the resistered master data which is transmitted from the host device to QB30 in advance. ( The number of master data is up to 50. )

I/O model (QB30-SR)

QB30 has I/O function. Through a mini Dsub-15 pin connector, it can be controlled from the host device. When supplied with +5 V power from the host device directly to the pins, Outlet for AC adapter is not required.

Trigger signal is transmitted to QB30 with precise timing. The codes on specimens are scanned according to the signals. When a read error occures, NG signal, that controls the patlite, is transmitted from the output terminal.

  1. Please don't connect to pin 1, 7, 12.
  2. Isolated from the ground of QB30.
