QBNet User Agreement

Please read this User Agreement carefully.

Services on this website are provided by DENSO WAVE INCORPORATED (hereafter referred to as ‘DENSO WAVE’) and are for use only by members who have agreed to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

By clicking the ‘Agree’ button at the bottom of this page, members agree to accept the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Additionally, since the contents of this Agreement can be changed and updated without prior notice, please refer to the most recent User Agreement whenever using any services. The User Agreement for General Users applies to items not prescribed under this Agreement. Please note that members are required to read and agree to the User Agreement for General Users in addition to this Agreement.

If you are unable to agree to this Agreement and the User Agreement for General Users, please refrain from using this Website.

1. Website User Qualification

This Website is targeted at members who registered as a User beforehand and obtained an ID and Password from DENSO WAVE. Please understand that you cannot use our Website without a password.

2. Services Provided by DENSO WAVE

DENSO WAVE provides our members in this member-only website (hereafter referred to as ‘QBNet’) with an Information Search Service in which technical information can be found, and a Download Service from which software and electrical manuals etc. can be downloaded. These services can be added to, changed or deleted at any time at our discretion. DENSO WAVE permits our members access to QBNet, but please understand that we do not guarantee the accuracy of the contents, the reliability of services offered, or the results of such access.

3. Using QBNet Service

Please observe the following conditions for using services provided in QBNet.

Do not disclose or reveal any QBNet contents, individual information (data) or individual information aggregately, or any information regarding software to third parties or use it for commercial purposes on other websites or networks.

Refrain from actions prohibited in the User Agreement for General Users.

If users should violate any of the above terms and conditions or DENSO WAVE judges that the terms and conditions have been violated, DENSO WAVE reserves the right to take action such as deleting the ID of the user concerned, invalidating their account, and/or rejecting the use of the service, not only that of QBNet but also services for general users, currently and in the future.

4. Please be Careful with your ID and Password.

Managing registered IDs and passwords is the responsibility of each individual member. The responsibility for any acts conducted using an ID and password is considered to be the responsibility of the user who has the ID concerned. Do not lend out or give your ID or password to any third parties. If your ID should be used by a third party without your consent or your ID and password have been revealed to a third party, please contact DENSO WAVE Software Support immediately. Whenever you temporarily finish using the service, please log out.

Please note that DENSO WAVE does not guarantee any damages caused by the disclosure or illegal use of IDs and passwords.

5. Registered IDs can be Deleted.

DENSO WAVE reserves the right to delete user IDs, passwords and accounts, and prohibit the use of any services if DENSO WAVE deems it necessary. This right of DENSO WAVE may be exercised whenever DENSO WAVE judges that users have violated the terms and conditions of the User Agreement or have acted inappropriately with respect to the spirit of the User Agreement; however this right is not limited by the above and may be exercised at the discretion of DENSO WAVE. If DENSO WAVE decides it is necessary to discontinue providing services to a specific user, DENSO WAVE can invalidate the ID, account, etc. of the user concerned, and prohibit any access by the user concerned to information, files and services in the future. In this case, DENSO WAVE does not take any responsibility for the user concerned or third parties regarding the cancellation of services.
